The present invention relates to a grommet device for a vehicle. Particularly, the grommet device includes: a grommet body fixedly inserted into a hole formed in a panel of the vehicle; an outer drawing part extending in the front-rear direction of the grommet body; an inner drawing part provided inside the outer drawing part, in which the outer diameter of the inner drawing part is expanded when a wire ring is inserted therein, so an air layer is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the inner drawing part and the inner peripheral surface of the outer drawing part. Engine room noises are sequentially attenuated by multiple air layer structures formed between the outer drawing part and the inner drawing part, thereby preventing the noises from entering the vehicle, so a quiet driving condition is maintained, thus the merchantability is improved. In addition, since the size and the weight are the same as those of the conventional grommet, the grommet according to the present invention is easily replaceable, thereby implementing a public use. 본 발명은 차량용 그로멧 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 차량의 패널에 형성된 홀에 고정 삽입되는 그로멧바디와; 상기 그로멧바디 전후방향으로 연장 형성되는 외측인출부와; 상기 외측인출부 내부에 구비되며, 내부에 와이어링 삽입 시 외경이 확장되어 외주면과 상기 외측인출부의 내주면 사이에 공기층을 형성하는 내측인출부로 구성되어, 외측인출부와 내측인출부 사이에 형성되는 다중의 공기층 구조에 의해 엔진룸의 소음을 순차적으로 감쇄시켜 차량의 실내로 소음이 유입되는 현상을 방지하여 정숙한 운전 상태를 유지할 수 있게 함으로써 상품성을 향상시키고, 종래의 그로멧과 사이즈와 중량이 동일하기 때문에 대체가 용이하여 공용화가 가능하게 하는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.
