The present invention relates to an oil detection apparatus and, more specifically, relates to a drainage way oil detection apparatus installed in a drainage way to detect floating oil. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the drainage way oil detection apparatus comprises: a sensing unit vertically built in a perforated drainpipe in which a plurality of holes are formed, and installed by being fixated by a fixing bracket in a side wall of a drainage way, wherein an oil sensor detecting oil is vertically inserted to be long at an internal side; an oil fence installed by crossing the drainage way in a downstream portion of the sensing unit to enable floating oil to be stagnated; and a control box installed at an external side of the drainage way, and connected to the oil sensor with a cable to generate a warning when detecting oil. 본 발명은 오일 감지장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 수로에 설치되어 부유하는 오일을 감지하기 위한 수로형 오일 감지장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 다수의 홀이 형성된 유공관의 상하로 세워져서 수로의 측벽에 고정브라켓에 의해 고정되어 설치되고, 내측에는 오일을 감지하는 오일센서가 상하방향으로 길게 내삽되어 설치된 센싱부; 상기 센싱부의 하류 부위에서 수로를 가로질러 설치되어 부유하는 오일을 정체시키는 오일펜스; 상기 수로의 외측에 설치되고, 상기 오일센서와 케이블로 연결되어 오일을 감지할 때 경보를 발생하는 컨트롤 박스;로 구성된다.
