Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a reinforcing layer of a fuel cell electrolyte membrane, which aims to easily impregnate an ionomer with a pore of a reinforcing layer sheet constituting the electrolyte membrane of the fuel cell, and especially, aims to provide the method for manufacturing the reinforcing layer of the fuel cell electrolyte membrane, which improves impregnability of the ionomer by impregnating pores of the reinforcing layer for the electrolyte membrane with the ionomer by using centrifugal force to easily impregnate a hydrophobic reinforcing layer sheet with a hydrophilic ionomer. 본 발명은 연료전지의 전해질막을 구성하는 강화층 시트의 기공에 이오노머를 수월하게 함침시키기 위한 전해질막용 강화층 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 원심력을 이용하여 전해질막용 강화층의 기공에 이오노머를 함침시켜 이오노머의 함침성을 향상시킴으로써 소수성을 띠는 강화층 시트에 친수성 이오노머도 수월하게 함침시킬 수 있도록 하는 연료전지의 전해질막용 강화층 제조 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
