According to an embodiment of the present invention, a touch display device comprises: a display panel which has multiple data lines and gate lines arranged thereon while having multiple touch electrodes arranged thereon; a gate driving circuit driving the multiple gate lines; a data driving circuit driving the multiple data lines; and a touch driving circuit driving the multiple touch electrodes while the data lines and gate lines are driven. The touch display device can swing data and gate signals with predetermined amplitude when touch driving signals are swung with the predetermined amplitude.
