Summary:The present invention relates to RNA interference inducing nucleic acid for suppressing cancer caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) and, more specifically, relates to RNA interference inducing nucleic acid capable of efficiently treating cancer by having a sequence of 5′-end area of micro RNA (miRNA), which is able to be combined with messenger RNA (mRNA) of E6 or E7 gene of HPV, while having sequences of the remaining parts arranged complementarily with mRNA base of E6 or E7 of HPV for suppressing the expression. According to the present invention, the RNA interference inducing nucleic acid, which inversely uses a problem of the miRNA-like off-target effect, includes a base sequence of tumor control micro RNA in which 5′-end of the RNA interference inducing nucleic acid is able to be combined with mRNA of E6 or E7 of HPV, and thus, the present invention is capable of suppressing cancer by suppressing the expression of E6 or E7 of HPV as well as additionally suppressing cancer as cancer suppressing micro RNA, thereby maximizing a cancer elimination and suppression effect without an off-target side effect. 본 발명은 인간 유두종 바이러스 (human papilloma virus; 이하, HPV) 감염에 의해서 발생된 암을 억제하기 위한 RNA 간섭 유도 핵산에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 HPV의 E6 또는 E7 유전자의 전령RNA (messenger RNA; mRNA)에 결합할 수 있는 마이크로RNA (microRNA; miRNA)의 5'말단 영역의 서열을 가지면서 나머지 부분의 서열이 HPV의 E6 또는 E7의 mRNA 염기와 상보 배열하여 그 발현을 억제하여 암을 효율적으로 치료할 수 있는 RNA 간섭 (RNA interference) 유도 핵산에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 RNA 간섭 유도 핵산은 마이크로RNA 유사 오프-타겟 효과(miRNA-like off-target effect)의 문제점을 역으로 활용하는 것으로, RNA 간섭 유도 핵산의 5'말단이 HPV의 E6 또는 E7의 mRNA와 결합할 수 있는 종양 억제 마이크로RNA의 염기서열을 포함함으로써, 표적인 HPV의 E6와 E7의 발현을 저해하여 암을 억제할 뿐만 아니라 암 억제 마이크로RNA로 작용하여 암을 억제하는 기능이 추가적으로 나타나게 되고, 이에 따라 오프-타겟 부작용 없이 암 사멸 및 억제 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
