Summary: | The present invention provides an organic compound represented by chemical formula, and an organic electroluminescence device. In the chemical formula: R1, R2, and R4 are hydrogen, a straight-chain or branched alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms; or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, phenyl amine, diphenyl amine, phenyl pyridine amine, dipyridine amine, phenyl naphthalene amine, dinaphthalene amine, phenyl phenanthrene amine, diphenanthrene amine, phenyl anthracene amine, dianthracene amine, phenanthridine, biphenyl, pyrydinyl, pyrymidinyl, or triaginyl group; and R3 is hydrogen, a straight-chain or branched alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, phenyl amine, diphenyl amine, phenyl pyridine amine, dipyridine amine, phenyl naphthalene amine, dinaphthalene amine, phenyl phenanthrene amine, diphenanthrene amine, phenyl anthracene amine, dianthracene amine, phenanthridine, biphenyl, pyrydinyl, pyrymidinyl, or triaginyl group. The object of the present invention is to provide a novel organic compound which is used as a blue dopant material to lower a driving voltage of an organic electroluminescence device and improve luminous efficiency, brightness, thermal stability, color purity, and luminescence lifetime.
본 발명은 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 유기 화합물과 이를 포함하는 유기전계발광소자를 제공한다. 화학식은 아래와 같다.상기 식에서 R1, R2, R4는 수소, C1~C20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기이며; R3는 수소, C1~C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기이다. 청색 도판트 물질로 사용되어 유기전계발광소자의 구동전압을 낮추고 발광 효율, 휘도, 열안정성, 색채 순도 및 발광 수명을 향상시키는 신규한 유기화합물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로한다. |
