The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing downshift during high speed driving of a manual transmission, comprising: a shift rail which moves in the longitudinal direction according to an operation of a driver, and has a plurality of latching jaws in the longitudinal direction in the middle thereof; and a restraint module installed on a flow path of oil to be subjected to rotation of a differential gear or a reduction gear in transmission, and operating to engage with engagement protrusions so as to restrain movement of the shift rail when an oil flow rate of surrounding oil is higher than the set flow rate. 본 발명에 따른 수동변속기의 고속주행 중 저단변속 방지장치는 운전자의 조작에 따라 길이방향으로 이동하되, 중간에 복수의 걸림턱이 길이방향으로 형성된 시프트레일; 및 변속기 내부에서 디퍼렌셜 기어 또는 종감속 기어의 회전에 따라 처닝되는 오일의 흐름 경로 상에 설치되고, 주위의 오일 유량이 설정유량보다 높으면 상기 걸림턱들과 결합하도록 동작하여 상기 시프트레일의 이동을 제한하는 구속모듈;을 포함할 수 있다.
