Summary:The present invention relates to a high-pressure fuel tube for a vehicle made with a steel pipe of alloy steel and including a head part and a body part and an assembly thereof. The head part includes: a seat surface portion in which a spherical seat surface forming an end of the head part is formed; a first flange portion which is spaced apart from the seat surface portion in an axial direction; a first inclined portion which has a first inclined surface continuously formed from the seat surface to extend in a shape close to a conical surface whose outer diameter increases toward a front surface of the first flange portion; a first joint portion which has a first joint surface having a first radius of curvature and connecting the first inclined portion and the first flange portion; a second flange portion which has an outer diameter smaller than that of the first flange portion and is spaced apart from the first flange portion in the axial direction; a second joint portion which has a second joint surface having a second radius of curvature and connecting the first flange portion and the second flange portion; a second inclined portion which has a second inclined surface continuously formed from a back surface of the second flange portion to extend in a shape close to the conical surface whose outer diameter decreases toward the body part; and a third joint portion which has a third joint surface having a third radius of curvature and connecting the second inclined portion and the body part. It is possible to reduce stress concentration on the head part more effectively by including the two flange portions. 본 발명은 합금강으로 이루어진 강관으로 제조되되 헤드부 및 바디부를 포함하는 차량용 고압 연료 튜브 및 그 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 헤드부는, 헤드부의 단부를 형성하되 구면형의 시트면이 형성되는 시트면부와, 시트면부와 축심 방향으로 간격을 두고 형성되는 제 1 플랜지부와, 시트면에서 연속 형성되어 제 1 플랜지부의 전면을 향해 외경이 증가하는 원추면에 가까운 형상으로 연장 형성되는 제 1 경사면이 구비된 제 1 경사부와, 제 1 곡률반경을 가지며 제 1 경사부와 제 1 플랜지부를 잇는 제 1 이음면이 구비되는 제 1 이음부와, 제 1 플랜지부보다 작은 외경을 가지며 제 1 플랜지와 축심 방향으로 간격을 두고 형성되는 제 2 플랜지부와, 제 2 곡률반경을 가지며 제 1 플랜지부와 제 2 플랜지부를 잇는 제 2 이음면이 구비된 제 2 이음부와, 제 2 플랜지부의 후면에서 연속 형성되어 바디부를 향해 외경이 감소하는 원추면에 가까운 형상으로 연장 형성되는 제 2 경사면이 구비되는 제 2 경사부와, 제 3 곡률반경을 가지며 제 2 경사부와 바디부를 잇는 제 3 이음면이 구비되는 제 3 이음부를 포함하여 구성되어, 2개소의 플랜지부를 구비함으로써 헤드부에 발생하는 응력 집중을 보다 효과적으로 저감시킨다.
