| Summary: | A thermoelectric device according to the present invention includes: a first substrate; a first electrode arranged on the first substrate; a plurality of semiconductor elements arranged on the first electrode; a second electrode arranged on the semiconductor element; a second electrode arranged on the second electrode; and a terminal electrode which is arranged between the semiconductor element and the second substrate and is arranged to be extended to the lateral surface of the second substrate. Accordingly, the present invention can improve thermoelectric efficiency.
