Summary:The present invention relates to a battery cell in which an electrode assembly is embedded in an electrode assembly housing part of a battery case together with an electrolyte solution, and provides a battery cell, in which electrode tabs of the electrode assembly are coupled to electrode leads to form a tab-lead connection part, a case support member which is electrically insulative and including a plurality of pores is mounted in a space between the end of the electrode assembly having the tab-lead coupling part and an electrode assembly receiving part of the battery case, wherein the case support member supports the space between the tab-lead connection part and the battery case and suppresses external deformation of the battery case. 본 발명은 전극조립체가 전해액과 함께 전지케이스의 전극조립체 수납부에 내장되어 있는 전지셀로서, 전극조립체의 전극 탭들은 전극리드에 결합되어 탭-리드 결합부를 형성하고; 상기 탭-리드 결합부가 형성되어 있는 전극조립체의 단부와 전지케이스의 전극조립체 수납부 사이 공간에는, 전기절연성이고 복수의 기공을 포함하는 케이스 지지부재가 장착되어 있으며; 상기 케이스 지지부재는 탭-리드 결합부와 전지케이스 사이의 공간을 지지하면서 전지케이스의 외형 변형을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀을 제공한다.
