One aspect of the disclosed invention provides a DC-DC converter, a vehicle having the same and a method of controlling the DC-DC converter to avoid broadcast noise introduced into a radio receiver by controlling the switching frequency of the DC-DC converter, to reduce the parts and cost for noise improvement, and to prevent inflow noise due to the minute fluctuation of in frequency due to the deterioration of an electrical component.
