Summary: | A carbon composite material brake friction material according to the present invention is manufactured by including: a step of generating mixed powder by mixing 20 to 30 wt% of silicon carbide (SiC) powder, 10 to 20 wt% of graphite powder, and 5 to 15 wt% of silicon (Si); a first dry step of mixing the mixed powder with 15 to 25 wt% of a liquid phenolic resin and 25 to 35 wt% of a carbon fiber and drying a mixture thereof in a drying furnace; a step of forming a brake friction material forming body by inserting the dried mixed powder into a mold frame; and a first thermal treatment step of thermally treating the forming body in a thermal treatment furnace. Accordingly, the present invention can provide an environmentally-friendly friction material with high performance without harmful metal.
본 발명에 따른 탄소복합재 제동 마찰재는, 20 내지 30 중량 %의 탄화규소(SiC) 분말, 10 내지 20 중량 %의 그라파이트 분말, 5 내지 15 중량 %의 규소(Si)분말을 혼합하여 혼합분말을 생성하는 단계, 혼합분말과 15 내지 25 중량 %의 액상의 페놀수지와 25 내지 35 중량 %의 탄소섬유를 혼합하여 건조로에서 건조하는 1차 건조 단계, 건조된 혼합분말을 성형틀에 넣어 제동마찰재 성형체를 만드는 단계 및 성형체를 열처리 노에서 열처리 하는 1차 열처리 단계를 포함한다. |
