A control method for preventing freezing of a urea solution according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of determining whether an AD interrupt operates at every set time; a step of measuring the temperature, the solution level, and the concentration of the urea solution in each urea tank by using a temperature sensor, a solution level sensor, and a temperature sensor provided at the outside of the urea tank when the AD interrupt is operated; and a step of driving a heater when the temperature of the measured solution is determined to be a set temperature or lower. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 우레아 수용액의 빙결 방지를 위한 제어 방법은, AD 인터럽트가 설정된 시간마다 동작하는지 판단하는 단계; AD 인터럽트가 동작될 경우, 우레아 탱그 외부에 구비된 온도 센서, 수위 센서 및 농도 센서로부터 각각 우레아 탱크 내부 수용액의 온도, 수위 및 농도를 계측하는 단계; 및 계측된 수용액의 온도가 설정된 온도 이하로 판단될 경우, 히터를 구동시키는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
