The present invention relates to a shelf support device and a cooking device having the same. The present invention comprises: a pair of fixed frames provided on both sides of a cooking chamber so as to face each other; a pair of support members which are mounted on the fixed frames separately, and have a shelf mounted on the upper portion thereof; and a coupling member which is provided on the support member, and penetrates through the fixed frame to couple the support member to the fixed frame to allow a change in a position in a vertical direction.
