A method and apparatus of manufacturing an optical panel are disclosed. The apparatus of manufacturing an optical panel includes a film supply part for separating and supplying an optical film from a laminate, a film mounting part for mounting the optical film received from the film supply part, a panel supply part for stacking the panel on the optical film mounted on the film mounting part, and a bonding part for bonding the optical film to the panel by pressing the optical film toward the panel.
