Summary:The present invention relates to a steering torque sensing apparatus which can have a constant output signal even if a mechanical size error occurs. The steering torque sensing apparatus comprises: an output unit to output a second output signal which is an output signal for a steering angle inputted to twist a torsion bar by using a rotational torque measurement apparatus assembled by a first assembling step of inserting the torsion bar into a torque sensor to assemble a first apparatus and inserting the first apparatus into a shaft to assemble a pinion sensor, a first measurement step of measuring a first output signal which is an output signal of the pinion sensor for the steering angle inputted to twist the torsion bar, a storage step of calculating a fluctuation amount of the first output signal and storing the fluctuation amount if the first output signal is included in a preset first normal zone, and a second assembling step of installing the pinion sensor on a rack housing to assemble the rotational torque measurement apparatus; a compensation unit to compensate for the second output signal for the fluctuation amount to output a third output signal; and a calculation unit to calculate steering torque based on the third output signal. 본 발명은 토션(Torsion)바를 토크센서에 삽입하여 제1장치로 조립하고 제1장치를 샤프트(Shaft)에 삽입하여 피니언(Pinion)센서로 조립하는 제1조립단계와, 토션바를 비틀리도록 입력되는 회전각도에 대한 피니언센서의 출력신호인 제1출력신호를 측정하는 제1측정단계와, 제1출력신호가 미리 설정된 제1정상구간 내에 포함되면 제1출력신호의 요동량을 산출하고 요동량을 저장하는 저장단계 및, 피니언센서를 랙하우징에 설치하여 회전토크측정장치로 조립하는 제2조립단계에 따라 조립된 회전토크측정장치를 이용하여 토션바를 비틀리도록 입력되는 조향각에 대한 출력신호인 제2출력신호를 출력하는 출력부와; 제2출력신호에 요동량을 보상하여 제3출력신호를 출력하는 보상부 및; 제3출력신호에 기초하여 조향토크를 산출하는 산출부를 포함하는 조향토크 감지장치에 관한 것이다.
