The present invention relates to a rotary apparatus for grinding a panel, which is able to fix panels having various sizes by using a fixing unit, and is able to efficiently grind multiple portions of the panel. The rotary apparatus for grinding a panel for grinding a welding portion of the panel comprises: a guide portion provided at one side of the panel; a fixing portion movably coupled to one side of the guide portion, and supporting the panel; a grinding portion movably coupled to the guide portion and grinding the corner of the panel by moving along a guide of the guide portion; and a control portion for rotating the grinding portion according to a portion of the panel which is being ground. 본 발명은, 고정유닛을 이용하여 다양한 크기의 판넬을 고정할 수 있으며, 판넬의 여러 부위를 효율적으로 사상할 수 있는 회전형 판넬사상장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 판넬의 용접부위를 연마하는 회전형 판넬사상장치에 있어서, 판넬의 일측에 구비되는 가이드부; 상기 가이드부의 일측에 이동가능하게 결합되며, 상기 판넬을 지지하는 고정부; 상기 가이드부에 이동가능하게 결합되어, 상기 가이드부의 가이드를 따라 이동하며 상기 판넬의 모서리를 연마하는 사상부; 및 사상되는 상기 판넬부위에 따라 상기 사상부를 회전시키는 제어부를 포함하는 회전형 판넬사상장치를 제공한다.
