Summary:The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device including a multi-type thin film transistor. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes an LTPS thin film transistor including a first channel layer, a first gate electrode, a first source electrode and a first drain electrode, an oxide semiconductor thin film transistor including a second channel layer, a second gate electrode, a second drain electrode, and a functional layer disposed between the first channel layer and the first gate electrode, wherein the second channel layer is in contact with the upper surface of the functional layer. Accordingly, the present invention can improve reliability by designing the oxide semiconductor thin film transistor with a coplanar structure. 본 발명은 멀티 타입의 박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유기 발광 표시 장치는 제1 채널층, 제1 게이트 전극, 제1 소스 전극 및 제1 드레인 전극을 갖는 LTPS 박막 트랜지스터, 제2 채널층, 제2 게이트 전극, 제2 소스 전극 및 제 2 드레인 전극을 갖는 산화물 반도체 박막 트랜지스터 및 제1 채널층과 제1 게이트 전극 사이에 배치된 기능층을 포함하고, 제2 채널층은 기능층의 상면과 접촉한다.
