Summary: | The present invention relates to a mutant beta-glucosidase derived from Neosartorya fischeri with enhanced activities, and a use thereof. According to the present invention, the mutant beta-glucosidase derived from Neosartorya fischeri with improved activities ensures improved enzymatic efficiency since a residue playing a crucial role in the activities of beta-glucosidase derived from Neosartorya fischeri is mutated. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a method to efficiently saccharify substrates when the mutant beta-glucosidase derived from Neosartorya fischeri with improved activities is used.
