Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing sesquiterpene at high yields. 본 발명은 마그네슘을 포함하는 배지에서 겨울우산버섯을 배양하여, 이소펜테닐2인산 이성화효소(isopentenyl diphosphate isomerase)를 코딩하는 유전자, 파르네실 2인산 합성효소(farnesyl diphosphate synthase)를 코딩하는 유전자 및 세스퀴테르펜 합성효소(sesquiterpene synthase)를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현량을 증대시킴으로써, 세스퀴테르펜을 고수율로 대량 생산할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. |
