Disclosed are a substrate supporting holder, and a substrate processing apparatus using the same. According to the present invention, the substrate supporting holder and the substrate processing apparatus using the same enables a plurality of portions of an edge unit of the substrate to be supported by the substrate supporting holder. Therefore, an overall surface of the substrate except the portions of the edge unit of the substrate which is coming in contact with the substrate supporting holder can be uniformly processed to improve film quality of the substrate. When the edge unit of the substrate which is supported by the substrate supporting holder is in a non-display region or in a dummy region, the film quality of the substrate can be more improved. Moreover, a diameter or a volume of a frame, a first supporting rod, a second supporting rod, and a supporting member of the substrate supporting holder are relatively large, so the substrate supporting holder can be easily manufactured. 기판지지홀더 및 이를 사용한 기판처리장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 기판지지홀더 및 이를 사용한 기판처리장치는, 기판의 테두리부측 복수의 부위가 기판지지홀더에 지지된다. 그러면, 기판지지홀더와 접촉된 기판의 테두리부 복수의 부위를 제외한 기판의 전면(全面)이 균일하게 처리되므로, 기판의 막질이 향상되는 효과가 있을 수 있다. 그리고, 기판지지홀더에 지지되는 기판의 테두리부측이 비표시 영역 또는 더미 영역이면, 기판의 막질이 더욱 향상되는 효과가 있을 수 있다. 또한, 기판지지홀더의 프레임, 제1지지바, 제2지지바 및 지지부재의 직경 또는 부피가 상대적으로 크므로, 기판지지홀더를 용이하게 제작할 수 있는 효과가 있을 수 있다.
