The present invention relates to an apparatus for replacing a sleeve, and a jig used therefor. The apparatus for replacing a sleeve comprises: the jig; a chuck means connected to a holding means of the jig; and a towing means for lifting the chuck means up and down. A pre-installed coil car or the like can be used such that large-scale construction is not required and a part of a conventional facility is required to be modified to apply the apparatus for replacing a sleeve to a narrow space, thereby capable of remarkably reducing costs required in installation. 본 발명은 슬리브 교환 장치 및 이에 사용되는 지그에 관한 것으로, 슬리브 교환 장치는, 지그; 상기 지그의 걸림 수단에 연결되는 척 수단; 및 상기 척 수단을 승하강시키는 인양 수단을 포함하여서, 기 설치된 코일 카 등을 이용할 수 있어, 대규모 공사를 필요로 하지 않고 기존 설비를 조금만 개조할 수 있게 됨으로써, 협소한 공간에 슬리브 교환 장치를 적용할 수 있게 되며, 설치에 따른 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있게 된다.
