A display device includes a curved display panel, a circuit board bent to correspond to the curved display panel and connected to the curved display panel, and an integrated circuit package mounted on the curved circuit board. The integrated circuit package includes a circuit part which includes a lower side surface divided into a first region and a second region adjacent to the first region on a plane, a first connection part which is arranged in the first region, connects the circuit part to the curved circuit board, and has a first height, and a second connection part which is arranged in the second region, connects the circuit part to the curved circuit board, and has a second height which is higher than the first height.
