Summary: | Provided is an ultra-high performance concrete composite (UHPC) utilizing an industrial by-product which can reduce the production costs by utilizing at least one industrial by-product such as ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS), limestone powder, bottom ash, rapid-cooled electric arc furnace oxidizing slag (REOS), etc. in production of the UHPC, can be eco-friendly produced by utilizing the industrial by-product such as the GGBFS, the limestone powder, the bottom ash, the REOS, etc., and can increase the fluidity in the production of the UHPC by utilizing the GGBFS or the limestone powder as a cement substitution bonding material.
초고성능 콘크리트(UHPC)의 제조시 고로슬래그 미분말(GGBFS), 석회석 미분말, 바텀애시, 급랭전기로 산화슬래그(REOS) 등의 산업부산물을 적어도 하나 이상 활용함으로써 제조비용을 저감시킬 수 있고, 또한, 고로슬래그 미분말, 석회석 미분말, 바텀애시, 급랭전기로 산화슬래그 등의 산업부산물을 활용함으로써 친환경적으로 초고성능 콘크리트를 제조할 수 있으며, 또한, 고로슬래그 미분말(GGBFS) 또는 석회석 미분말을 시멘트 치환용 결합재로 사용함으로써 초고성능 콘크리트 조성물의 제조시 유동성을 증대시킬 수 있는, 산업부산물을 활용한 초고성능 콘크리트 조성물이 제공된다. |
