Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for applying different phase rotations for each antenna by dividing a frequency band in order to solve a problem of degradation in reception performance in a specific subcarrier when a correlation between antennas is large. According to the present invention, a signal transmission method of a transmitter comprises the steps of: estimating a transmission correlation between each transmission path; calculating a phase rotation value to be applied to a transmission signal based on the estimated transmission correlation; applying phase rotation to the transmission signal according to the phase rotation value; and transmitting the transmission signal. 본 발명은 안테나간 상관도가 클 경우 특정 부반송파에서 수신 성능이 저하되는 문제를 해결하기 위해 주파수 대역을 나누어 안테나별로 위상 회전을 다르게 적용하는 방법 및 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은 송신기의 신호 전송 방법에 있어서 각 송신 경로간의 송신 상관도를 추정하고, 상기 추정된 송신 상관도를 기반으로 송신 신호에 적용할 위상 회전값을 계산하고, 상기 송신 신호에 상기 위상 회전값에 따른 위상 회전을 적용하고, 상기 송신 신호를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
