Summary: | The present invention relates to a nozzle plate of an engine mount installed in an engine mount filled with hydro liquid and mounted to partition the inside thereof into an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber. The lower nozzle plate of an engine mount comprises: a lower nozzle plate having a path groove formed on an upper surface thereof and a lower hole connected with the lower liquid chamber; an upper nozzle plate coupled to a lower plate, covering the upper portion of the path groove to form a path, and having an upper open hole connected with the upper liquid chamber; and a membrane mounted so that an edge portion thereof is engaged between the lower nozzle plate and the upper nozzle plate and mounted so that the upper surface and lower surface thereof are exposed to the upper opening hole and the lower opening hole, respectively. At least one of the upper nozzle plate and lower nozzle plate has a thickness gradually decreased so that the gap with a membrane is gradually increased from a point at which the membrane meets toward the center of the membrane. The nozzle plate of an engine mount can improve dynamic characteristics by absorbing fluid flow and can improve dynamic characteristic by not generating a relative motion between the nozzle plate and the membrane to suppress generation of a joint, and thus increasing NVH performance and suppressing generation of joint.
본 발명은, 하이드로액이 봉입된 엔진마운트에 내장되어 내부를 상측액실과 하측액실로 구획하도록 장착되는 엔진마운트의 노즐판에 있어서, 상면에 유로홈이 형성되고 하측액실과 개통되는 하측개구홀이 형성된 노즐하판;과 상기 유로홈의 위를 덮어 유로를 형성하도록 노즐하판과 결합되며, 상측액실과 개통되는 상측개구홀이 형성된 노즐상판; 및 테두리부분이 노즐하판과 노즐상판 사이에 맞물리게 장착되되, 상면과 하면 각각이 상측개구홀과 하측개구홀 각각에서 노출되도록 장착되는 멤브레인;을 포함하고, 상기 노즐상판과 노즐하판 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상은 멤브레인이 맞물린 지점에서부터 멤브레인의 중앙으로 갈수록 멤브레인과의 갭이 점진적으로 증대하도록 두께가 점진적으로 작아지게 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명은 유체유동을 흡수하여 동특성 개선에 유리하며, 멤브레인과 노즐판의 상대운동이 발생하지 않아 이음발생 억제에 유리하므로 동특성이 개선되어 NVH 성능을 증대시킬 수 있고 이음발생을 억제할 수 있다. |
