The present invention relates to an oil detection sensor and, specifically, to an oil detection sensor having a heating structure, capable of preventing leaked oil from being frozen on an upper surface of a sensor by adding a heating function to the sensor for sensing oil by being elongated in a tape form by a film material. To this end, the oil detection sensor comprises: a base layer made of a film material; a sensing line formed to be elongated in the longitudinal direction on an upper surface of the base layer, and having a resistance value changed by oil; a power line formed in parallel to the sensing line with a gap between the power line and the sensing line on an upper surface of the base layer; a cover layer made of a film material, combined on an upper surface of the base layer, and having an exposure hole formed to expose the sensing line in the longitudinal direction; a pair of electrodes formed on a lower surface of the base layer, and elongated in the longitudinal direction toward the outside while having the sensing line and the power line therebetween; a heating line for connecting the electrodes in a ladder shape at regular intervals; and a lower insulating layer combined on a lower surface of the base layer to insulate the electrodes and the heating line. 본 발명은 오일 감지센서에 관한 것으로, 특히 필름 재질에 의해 테이프 형태로 길게 형성된 오일을 감지하는 센서에 발열기능을 부가하여 누설된 오일이 센서의 상부면에서 결빙되는 것을 방지하도록 한 발열구조를 갖는 오일 감지센서에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 필름재질로 된 베이스층; 상기 베이스층의 상부면에서 길이방향으로 길게 형성되어 오일에 의해 저항값이 변화되는 감지라인; 상기 베이스층의 상부면에서 감지라인과 간격을 두고 나란히 전원라인; 필름재질로 되어 상기 베이스층의 상부면에 합지되며, 길이방향으로 상기 감지라인을 노출시키도록 노출공이 형성된 커버층; 상기 베이스층의 하부면에 형성되며, 상기 감지라인과 전원라인을 가운데 두고 외측방향에서 길이방향으로 길게 형성된 한 쌍의 전극; 상기 한 쌍의 전극 사이를 사다리 형태로 일정간격마다 연결하는 발열라인; 상기 베이스층의 하부면에 합지되어 상기 한 쌍의 전극과 발열라인을 절연시키는 하부절연층;으로 구성된다.
