Disclosed are a mobile terminal and a control method thereof. The mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display unit for displaying a first region of a page, a user input for receiving a key input for executing a capture command, a sensing unit for sensing a tilt and a tilt direction of a main body if the key input for executing the capture command is received, and a control unit for capturing a screen of the first region displayed if the key input for executing the capture command is received and continuously capturing a second region which is different from the first region of the page while scrolling the page in a direction corresponding to the tilt direction of the mobile terminal sensed while the key input for executing the capture command is maintained.
