The present invention relates to a mask. The mask according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body having a shape covering a mouth and a nose of a wearer, a plurality of layer structures, and a filter receiving hole on one side; and a filter detachably provided on the filter receiving hole and closed when the wearer is breathing and opened when the wearer is breathing out. Accordingly, a fogging phenomenon occurring in lenses of the wearer′s glasses or goggles is remarkably reduced. 본 발명은 마스크에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 마스크는 착용자의 입과 코를 덮는 형상을 이루고 복수의 층 구조로 구성되며 일측에 필터수용홀이 구비되는 바디, 및 필터수용홀에 탈착 가능하게 구비되고 착용자가 숨을 들이쉴 때 폐쇄되고 착용자가 숨을 내쉴 때 개방되는 필터를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 착용자의 안경 또는 고글 등의 렌즈에 발생하는 김서림 현상을 현저하게 저감시킨다.
