A stacked image sensor package and a packaging method thereof which can package a frame memory in an image sensor without modifying the frame memory and reducing the yield regardless of a change in size or capacity are provided. The stacked image sensor package comprises: a stacked image sensor in which a pixel array die and a logic die are stacked; a rewiring layer including first and second pads which are formed on one surface of the stacked image sensor, and redistribute input and output of the stacked image sensor; a memory die connected to the first pad of the rewiring layer, and positioned on the stacked image sensor; and external connectors connected to the second pad, electrically connecting the memory die and the stacked image sensor to the outside, and having the memory die positioned therebetween. 스택 이미지 센서 패키지 및 이의 패키징 방법이 제공된다. 스택 이미지 센서 패키지는 화소 어레이 다이 및 로직 다이가 적층된 스택 이미지 센서, 스택 이미지 센서의 일면에 형성되어 스택 이미지 센서의 입출력을 재분배하고 제1 패드 및 제2 패드를 포함하는 재배선층, 재배선층의 제1 패드와 연결되어 스택 이미지 센서 상에 위치하는 메모리 다이 및 2 패드와 연결되고 메모리 다이와 스택 이미지 센서를 외부와 전기적으로 접속하며 사이에 메모리 다이가 위치하는 외부 접속기들을 포함한다.
