| Summary: | According to an embodiment of the present invention, a graphene wire includes catalytic metal, a graphene layer coated on the catalytic metal surface, and a healing metal layer disposed on the graphene layer, wherein the graphene layer includes a defect portion where graphene is disconnected, and the defect portion is covered by the healing metal layer. Stable charge transfer or wavelength transfer can be achieved through using the graphene wire.
