Summary:The present invention relates to a new strain, Lactobacillus fermentum PL9119, and to a use thereof. Specifically, the new strain, Lactobacillus fermentum PL9119 which survives with respect to about 1,000 lactobacillus strains isolated from a human body, a food, an environment, and the like even at 80°C and a culture fluid thereof have excellent thermal stability, acid resistance, and bile resistance, do not have a risk of antibiotic resistance metastasis, and have superb food poisoning bacteria and anaerobic bacteria growth inhibition, lipase production capacity, and the like.
