One embodiment of the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a fermented ginseng extract using Lactobacillus casei GFC1 strain (KCTC18333P) having excellent SNARE protein inhibition effects. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a cosmetic composition and a preparation method of the same, wherein the cosmetic composition, by comprising a fermented ginseng extract using Lactobacillus casei GFC1 strain (KCTC18333P) having excellent SNARE protein inhibition effects, has an enhanced content of active components and polysaccharides; minimizes cytotoxicity and skin irritability; shows excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities; suppresses collagenase activities; and inhibits SNARE protein activities, thus exhibiting excellent effects of reducing skin wrinkles. 본 발명의 일 구현예는 스네어 단백질(SNARE protein) 활성 저해 효능이 우수한 락토바실러스 카제이 GFC1(Lactobacillus casei GFC1; KCTC18333P) 균주를 이용한 발효 인삼 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 스네어 단백질(SNARE protein) 활성 저해 효능이 우수한 락토바실러스 카제이 GFC1(Lactobacillus casei GFC1; KCTC18333P) 균주를 이용한 발효 인삼 추출물을 포함함으로써, 활성 성분 및 다당체의 함량이 증대되고, 세포독성 및 피부자극을 최소화하고, 항염증 및 항산화 활성 효과가 우수하고, 콜라겐 분해효소의 활성을 억제하고, 스네어 단백질의 활성을 저해하여 피부주름을 개선하는 효과가 우수한 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
