Summary:Introduced are a restarting system and a controller of a fuel cell vehicle and a restarting method thereof. The restarting system of a fuel cell vehicle includes: a consumption resistor which is connected in parallel on a high voltage line connecting a fuel cell and a high voltage battery; a relay for controlling the connection of the high voltage line and the consumption resistor; and the controller for controlling the operation of the relay, consuming the remaining generation power of the fuel cell as the consumption resistor by charging the high voltage battery or connecting the relay when a starting end signal of the vehicle is inputted, and outputting a starting allowance signal of the vehicle after resetting if the output voltage of the fuel cell is reduced to a required voltage or less when a starting requirement signal of the vehicle is inputted. Accordingly, the present invention can increase the lifespan of the relay and prevent a failure. 연료전지와 고전압배터리를 연결하는 고전압라인 상에 병렬로 연결된 소비저항; 소비저항과 고전압라인의 연결을 제어하는 릴레이; 및 릴레이의 동작을 제어하며, 차량의 시동 종료신호가 입력된 경우 연료전지의 잔여 발전전력을 고전압배터리로 충전하거나 릴레이를 연결하여 소비저항으로 소모하고, 차량의 시동 요구신호가 입력된 경우 연료전지의 출력전압이 요구전압 이하로 저하되면 리셋한 후 차량의 시동 허가신호를 출력하는 제어기;를 포함하는 연료전지 차량의 재시동 시스템과 제어기 및 재시동 방법이 소개된다.
