The present invention relates to a smartphone application program which automatically starts a video capturing of a smartphone, automatically transmits the captured video to a designated e-mail or smartphone together with GPS information of the smartphone at a preset cycle and acquires evidence at the time of occurrence of case such as a crime, so that criminal psychology is suppressed and efficiency of case solution is improved. A program which automatically operates a camera function mounted in the smartphone and starts the video capturing is developed and a program which reads the video captured at the preset cycle and the GPS information in the smartphone to transmit the same to the designated e-mail or the smartphone is developed and realized. Also, a program which inputs a video transmission cycle, a resolution, a reception e-mail address and a reception smartphone number is developed to provide a parameter setting function required for capturing and transmitting the video. 본 발명은, 자동으로 스마트폰의 동영상 촬영을 시작하고, 촬영된 내용을 설정된 주기로 스마트폰의 GPS 정보와 함께, 지정된 이메일이나 스마트폰으로 자동 전송하여, 범죄 등 사건 발생 당시의 증적 확보를 가능하게 하여, 범죄 심리를 억제하고 사건 해결의 효율성을 제고하고자 하는 스마트폰 앱 프로그램에 관한 것이다.
