The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bedclothes. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for manufacturing bedclothes capable of preventing exposure of a filler from the outside of a cover through a needle hole when a user sews after filling the filler, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance by preventing the exposure of the filler, improving quality, and simply manufacturing the bedclothes. The method for manufacturing the bedclothes comprises: a first sewing step of forming a first sewing line which is formed by overlaying a surface material and a backing material, attaching the surface material and the backing material installed as overlaid, and continuously sewing the same to be separated at constant intervals; a second sewing step of forming a second sewing line crossing the first sewing line, and enabling the second sewing line to form a filler injecting hole, which is not sewn, between the first sewing line and another first sewing line adjacent to the same; an attaching step of attaching the overlaid surface and backing materials by sewing end units of the surface material and the backing material, and not sewing an end unit, which corresponds to the filler injecting hole, in one end unit of the first sewing line; a filler injecting step of supplying the filler to a division space which is divided by the first sewing line and the second sewing line by using a pipe for supplying the filler to the filler injecting hole; and a finishing step of sewing the end units of the surface material and the backing material with the filler injecting hole after supplying the filler of the division space. 본 발명은 침구류 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 충전재를 충진한 후 바느질을 하면 충전재가 바늘구멍에 의해 커버 밖으로 노출되어 소실되는 것을 방지하고 충전재의 노출을 방지함으로써 미관을 미려하게 하고 품질 향상 및 침구류의 제조가 간단한 효과가 있는 침구류 제조 방법에 관한 것인 바 본 발명은 침구류 제조방법에 있어서, 표면재와 이면재를 포개고 상기 포개 설치된 표면재와 이면재를 접합하면서 일정한 간격으로 이격되면서 끊어지지 않고 연속되게 박음질되어 형성된 제1재봉선을 형성시키는 제1재봉공정과; 상기 제1재봉선과 교차하게 제2재봉선을 형성하되 제2재봉선은 제1재봉선과 인접하는 제1재봉선 사이에 재봉되지 않은 충전재주입공을 형성하도록 하는 제2재봉공정과; 상기 포개어 놓여진 표면재와 이면재의 끝단부를 재봉하여 표면재와 이면재를 합폭하되 제1재봉선의 일끝단부에는 충전재주입공과 일치되는 끝단은 재봉하지 않는 합폭공정과; 상기 충전재주입공으로 충전재를 공급하는 파이프를 이용하여 제1재봉선과 제2재봉선에 의하여 나누어 형성된 구획공간에 충전재를 공급하는 충전재주입공정과; 상기 구획공간에 충전재의 공급 후 표면재와 이면재의 끝단과 충전재주입공을 재봉하는 마무리공정 순에 의해 제조되는 것에 그 특징이 있다.
