Summary:The present invention relates to an image data processing apparatus, an image data processing method, and a display apparatus. The image data processing apparatus according to the present invention compresses and stores image data, and compares stored previous period image data with current period image data to generate overdriving image data. Therefore, the image data processing apparatus improves a reaction speed in a pixel by adjusting a data voltage up or down through the overdriving image data. 본 발명은 영상데이터를 압축하여 저장하고 저장된 이전 주기 영상데이터와 현 주기 영상데이터를 비교하여 오버드라이빙 영상데이터를 생성한다. 그리고, 본 발명은 이러한 오버드라이빙 영상데이터를 통해 데이터전압을 상향 조정하거나 하향 조정함으로써 화소에서의 반응속도를 개선시킨다.
