The present invention relates to a friction pad for a wet clutch (130) and a wet multi-plate clutch having the same. According to the present invention, the friction pad for the wet clutch comprises: a ring-shaped core plate (131); and a plurality of friction segments (135) placed on the core plate (131) at regular intervals. On an external surface of the core plate (131) and the friction segments (135) facing a separate plate (120) formed a pad groove (137) to connect the inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface of the core plate (131). On the pad groove (137) formed is a diffusion unit (137c) which expands in a rotational direction of the core plate (131). The pad groove (137) is asymmetrical. The present invention is able to discharge transmission oil more rapidly and actively through the shape of the pad groove (137), thereby greatly reducing drag torque and the resulting power loss of a clutch apparatus. 본 발명은 습식클러치용 마찰패드(130) 및 이를 구비한 습식 다판 클러치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 본 발명은 환형상의 코어플레이트(131)와, 상기 코어플레이트(131) 상에 일정간격으로 구비되는 다수개의 마찰세그먼트(135)를 포함하고, 세퍼레이트 플레이트(120)와 마주보는 상기 코어플레이트(131) 및 마찰세그먼트(135)의 외면에는 코어플레이트(131)의 내주면과 외주면을 연결하는 패드홈(137)이 요입되어 형성되고, 상기 패드홈(137)에는 상기 코어플레이트(131)의 회전방향으로 확대되는 확산부(137c)가 형성되어 상기 패드홈(137)은 비대칭형태이다. 본 발명에서는 이러한 패드홈(137) 형상을 통해 변속기유가 보다 빠르고 원활하게 배출될 수 있으므로 클러치 장치의 드래그 토크 및 그에 따른 동력 손실이 크게 감소시킬 수 있다.
