Summary: | The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for diagnosing disease, and an analysis method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for diagnosing disease, which comprises: a transparent polymer substrate; and a channel layer having a microfluidic channel formed on the substrate. The microfluidic channel layer further includes a probe drop region and a conjugate drop region including monoclonal antibody. The present invention further relates to an analysis method using the same. By applying the substrate made of polymers, it is possible to carry out a quantitative analysis based on concentration of antigen while improving stability of products depending on surrounding environment.
본 발명은, 질병 진단을 위한 미세유체 칩 및 이를 이용한 분석 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로투명 폴리머 기판; 및 상기 기판 상에 미세유체 채널이 형성된 채널층; 을 포함하고, 상기 미세유체 채널층은, 단클론항체를 포함하는 콘주게이트 점적 영역 및 탐침자 점적 영역을 포함하는, 질병 진단을 위한 미세유체 칩 및 이를 이용한 분석 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 폴리머 재질을 이용한 기판을 적용하므로, 항원 농도에 따른 정량 분석이 가능하고, 주위 환경에 따른 제품의 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있다. |
