Summary:The present invention relates to a method for controlling a supercharger of a vehicle and a control system thereof, comprising: a first determination step for determining whether an engine is in a cylinder de-activation (CDA) operation state; a second determination step for calculating a difference value between a target boost pressure of a turbo charger and an actual boosted suction pressure, and determining whether the difference value is equal to or greater than a reference difference value; a third determination step for determining whether a current operation area of the engine corresponds to an operable area of a supercharger; a fourth determination step for determining a target rotation number of the supercharger, and determining whether the target rotation number is equal to or greater than a reference rotation number; and an operation step for operating the supercharger, thereby capable of performing efficient boosting of suction pressure even in a CDA operation state of the engine. 본 발명은 차량의 슈퍼차져 제어방법 및 그 제어시스템에 관한 것으로, 엔진의 CDA 운전상태 여부를 판단하는 제1판단단계; 터보차져의 목표부스트압과 부스팅된 실제 흡기압 간의 편차값을 산출하고, 상기 편차값이 기준편차값 이상인지 판단하는 제2판단단계; 상기 엔진의 현재 운전영역이 슈퍼차져의 작동가능영역에 해당되는지 여부를 판단하는 제3판단단계; 상기 슈퍼차져의 목표회전수를 결정하고, 상기 목표회전수가 기준회전수 이상인지 여부를 판단하는 제4판단단계; 및 상기 슈퍼차져를 작동시키는 작동단계;를 포함하는 차량의 슈퍼차져 제어방법이 소개된다.
