Summary: | The present invention relates to a heat exchanger and a method of coupling a bracket thereof and, more specifically, relates to a heat exchanger and a method of coupling a bracket thereof, wherein a bracket is coupled to a header tank of the heat exchanger in the short term without using a separate coupling component before a brazing process is performed. The bracket is coupled to a first header tank or a second header tank while surrounding a predetermined region of an outer peripheral surface of the first header tank or the second header tank, wherein a region of the bracket to which an external force is locally applied is coupled to the first header tank or the second header tank while protruding together with the first header tank or the second header tank.
본 발명은 열교환기 및 이의 브라켓 결합 방법에 관한 것으로, 브레이징 공정이 수행되기 전에 별도의 결합부품 없이도, 브라켓이 열교환기의 헤더탱크에 단기적으로 결합될 수 있는 열교환기 및 이의 브라켓 결합 방법에 관한 것이다. 이때, 상기 브라켓은 제1헤더탱크 또는 제2헤더탱크의 외주면 일정영역을 감싸며 결합되되, 국소적으로 외력이 가해진 영역이 제1헤더탱크 또는 제2헤더탱크와 함께 돌출되며 결합된다. |
