The present invention provides a laser processing device. The device includes: a stage in which a substrate is placed; a plurality of scanners facing the stage, and emitting a laser beam to the substrate; an encoder outputting an encoder signal in accordance with position information of the stage; a control part receiving the encoder signal, outputting a first control signal for controlling the movement of the stage based on the encoder signal, and outputting a second control signal for controlling the movement of the scanners based on at least one from the encoder signal and the first control signal; and a distributing part receiving the second control signal, and outputting a plurality of third control signals by dividing the second control signal as many as the number of the scanners.
