The present invention relates to a combination therapy to efficiently treat type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia in diabetic patients. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for efficiently treating dyslipidemia in diabetic patients, which reduces total cholesterol count as well as low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol level in blood, and also treats type 2 diabetes efficiently, without side effects such as hypoglycaemia or changes in body weight. To this end, metformin as biguanide, glimepiride as sulfonylureas, and gemigliptin as a dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitor are used together. The present invention further relates to a kit and a combination therapy. 본 발명은 제2형 당뇨병 및 당뇨 환자의 이상지질혈증을 효율적으로 치료하기 위한 병용 요법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 비구아나이드제인 메트포르민, 설포닐요소제인 그리메피리드 및 디펩티딜 펩티다아제 IV 억제제인 제미글립틴을 병용하여 사용함으로써 저혈당증이나 체중 변화 같은 부작용이 없이 제2형 당뇨병을 효율적으로 치료하고, 혈중의 총 콜레스테롤 및 LDL 콜레스테롤을 감소시켜 당뇨 환자의 이상지질혈증을 효율적으로 치료하기 위한 약제학적 조성물, 키트 및 병용 요법에 관한 것이다.
