The present invention relates to a needle-inserting end effector having an additional contamination prevention function, and specifically, to a needle-inserting end effector having an additional contamination prevention function, which comprises: a main body forming the body of an end effector; a first gripping part coupled to a first shaft connected to a drive motor, and installed in the main body to generate driving force for moving a needle; a second gripping part coupled to a second shaft located away from the first shaft, and gripping the needle together with the first gripping part; and a housing in which the first and second gripping parts are inserted, wherein the housing having the first and second gripping parts inserted therein is coupled to the main body so that the first and second gripping parts are respectively coupled to the first and second shafts. 본 발명은 엔드이펙터의 몸체를 형성하는 본체, 상기 본체의 내부에 설치되어 바늘을 이동시키기 위한 구동력을 발생시키는 구동모터에 연결된 제1축에 결합되는 제1파지부, 상기 제1축과 이격되게 위치된 제2축에 결합되고 상기 제1파지부와 함께 상기 바늘을 파지하는 제2파지부, 및 상기 제1파지부 및 상기 제2파지부가 내부에 삽입되는 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 하우징은 상기 제1파지부 및 상기 제2파지부가 내부에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 제1파지부 및 상기 제2파지부가 상기 제1축과 상기 제2축에 각각 결합되도록 상기 본체에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 기능이 부가된 바늘 삽입용 엔드이펙터에 관한 것이다.
