Summary:A pressure detection sensor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a channel portion for outputting a sensing signal; a first electrode layer including a wire portion connected to the channel portion; a first elastic dielectric layer disposed on the first electrode layer; a second electrode layer disposed in a location corresponding to the channel portion on the first elastic dielectric layer; a second elastic dielectric layer disposed on the second electrode layer; and a third electrode layer disposed on the second elastic dielectric layer, wherein capacities of the first elastic dielectric layer and the second elastic dielectric layer change when pressure is applied to the third electrode layer. The pressure detection sensor of the present invention can precisely detect pressure according to an applied load and detect accurate pressure distribution. 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 압력 감지 센서는 센싱 신호를 출력하는 채널부, 상기 채널부와 연결된 배선부를 포함하는 제1 전극층, 상기 제1 전극층 상에 배치되는 제1 탄성 유전층, 상기 제1 탄성 유전층 상에 상기 채널부와 대응되는 위치에 배치되는 제2 전극층, 상기 제2 전극층 상에 배치된 제2 탄성 유전층 및 상기 제2 탄성 유전층 상에 배치되는 제3 전극층을 포함하고, 상기 제3 전극층에 압력이 가해지면 상기 제1 탄성 유전층 및 제2 탄성 유전층의 용량이 변화한다.
