Summary:According to the present invention, an electrode for a non-labeled electrochemical immunobiosensor using a nanostructure with a new structure having a concave part is manufactured in a controlled shape and has a concave part in the controlled shape, and thus an antibody is fixated to the surface with high density and the interaction with an antigen of the antibody can be activated. In addition, the nanostructure having the concave part can provide a large amount of electrochemically active atoms and active surfaces for an antigen/antibody reaction, thereby increasing catalyst efficiency and improving sensitivity. Moreover, since gold nanorod seeds manufactured using the seed-mediated growth method are added to a growth solution at an appropriate molar ratio, an electrode for a non-labeled electrochemical immunosensor having an efficiently controlled shape can be mass-produced. 본 발명에 따른 오목부를 갖는 새로운 구조의 나노구조체를 이용한 비표지 전기화학 면역바이오센서용 전극은 제어된 형상으로 제조되어 있고, 상기 제어된 형상의 오목부를 가지고 있어, 표면에 고밀도로 항체가 고정되며, 상기 항체의 항원과의 상호작용을 활성화시킬 수 있다. 더욱이 오목부를 갖는 나노구조체는 항원/항체 반응에 대해 다량의 전기화학적 활성 원자 및 활성 표면을 제공할 수 있으므로, 촉매 효율을 높이고, 민감도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 상기 비표지 전기화학 면역바이오센서용 전극은 씨드 매개 성장법을 이용하여 제조된 금 나노로드 씨드를 적정 몰비로 성장용액에 첨가함으로써, 효율적으로 제어된 형상을 갖는 비표지 전기화학 면역바이오센서용 전극을 대량생산할 수 있다.
