Summary:An embodiment of the present invention discloses a display device. The display device includes a display panel having a display substrate where a plurality of pad terminals are arranged; and a driving part having a plurality of driving terminals electrically connected to the plurality of pad terminals. The pad terminal includes at least one of a stepped groove which is recessed from a surface facing the driving terminal and an opening hole penetrating the pad terminal. The pad terminal can be electrically stably coupled to a copper terminal. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 복수개의 패드 단자가 배치되는 디스플레이 기판을 구비하는 디스플레이 패널과, 복수개의 패드 단자에 전기적으로 연결되는 복수개의 구동 단자를 구비하는 구동부를 포함하되, 패드 단자는 구동 단자와 서로 마주보는 면으로부터 인입되는 단차홈과, 패드 단자를 관통하는 개구홀 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치를 개시한다.
