A display apparatus of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a display unit arranged on an active region defined in the substrate; a buffer layer arranged on the active region and a pad region defined on the substrate; a touch sensing unit arranged on the buffer layer, and including a first pad pattern, an intermediate layer arranged on the first pad pattern, and a second pad pattern arranged on the intermediate layer; and a pad unit arranged between the pad region and the buffer layer. The first pad pattern is defined on the pad unit, and is connected to the pad unit through a first contact hole defined in the buffer layer.
