Summary: | The present invention provides a remote control excavator monitoring system and a monitoring method using the same. According to the present invention, the remote control excavator monitoring system includes: an attachment control unit including a rotation device selectively rotating a boom, an arm, a bucket, and a main body; an excavator including a driving device selectively driving the main body by being installed in the lower part of the main body; multiple cameras individually installed on one side of the boom of the excavator and around the main body and photographing a periphery of the main body and a work area of the arm and the bucket; a camera control unit electrically connected to the multiple cameras and controlling driving and a photographing angle of the cameras, wherein the camera control unit also changes the controlled photographing angle and the driving to a corresponding image signal; a portable control station transmitting and receiving a control signal and the image signal by being connected to the attachment control unit of the excavator, the driving device, and the camera control unit by a communication unit and including a remote control stick outputting a remote control signal to the attachment control unit, the driving deice, and the camera control unit by the communication unit in accordance with control of a remote controller; and a head mount display electrically connected to the portable control station and put on the head of the remote controller, wherein the head mount display outputs the image signal transmitted from the portable control station on a screen. The remote control excavator monitoring system can change and output a view point of one among a periphery of the excavator and a work space on the screen of the head mount display as an image photographed by the cameras corresponds to the control signal of the remote control stick.
본 발명은 붐(Boom), 암(Arm), 버켓(Bucket), 본체를 선택적으로 회전시키는 회전장치를 포함하는 어태치먼트제어부와, 본체의 하부에 구비되어 본체를 선택적으로 주행시키는 주행장치를 포함하는 굴삭기와, 상기 굴삭기의 붐 일측과, 본체의 주변에 각각 설치되어, 암과 버켓의 작업영역 및 본체의 주변을 촬영하는 복수 개의 카메라와, 상기 복수 개의 카메라들과 전기적으로 연결되어, 카메라들의 구동 및 촬영앵글을 제어하고, 해당 영상신호로 변환하는 카메라제어부와, 상기 굴삭기의 어태치먼트제어부, 주행장치 및 카메라제어부와 통신수단으로 연결되어 제어신호 및 영상신호를 송수신하고, 원격조종자의 조작에 따라 원격조종신호를 상기 통신수단을 통해 상기 어태치먼트제어부, 주행장치 및 카메라제어부로 출력하는 원격조종간을 포함하는 휴대용 제어스테이션과, 상기 휴대용 제어스테이션과 전기적으로 연결하고, 원격조종자의 머리에 씌워지며, 상기 휴대용 제어스테이션에서 송출하는 영상신호를 화면으로 출력하는 헤드 마운트 디스플레이를 포함하여, 상기 카메라들에서 촬영된 영상이 원격조종간의 조작 신호에 따라 대응하여, 작업공간, 굴삭기 주변 중 어느 하나의 시점이 헤드 마운트 디스플레이의 화면으로 전환 출력하도록 한 원격조종 굴삭기 모니터링 시스템 및 그 시스템을 이용한 모니터링 방법을 제공한다. |
