The present invention relates to a chemical reactor and to a preparation method of olefin using the same, and specifically, to a chemical reactor and to a preparation method of olefin using the same, in which materials generated during a chemical reaction and adhering to the wall surface of an agitating vessel can be scraped off by the rotation of an impeller and removed, and a rotating shaft is formed for the materials generated not to adhere to the rotating shaft of the impeller, so that it is possible to continuously produce olefins without stopping the operation of a stirrer. 본 발명은 화학 반응기 및 이를 이용한 올레핀 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 화학 반응 시 발생되어 교반 용기의 벽면에 점착되는 생성물질들을 임펠러의 회전에 의해 긁혀 떨어져나가도록 한 후 제거할 수 있도록 하고 임펠러의 회전축에 생성물질들이 점착되지 않도록 회전축을 형성함으로써, 교반기의 가동을 중지시키지 않고 계속적으로 운전하여 올레핀을 제조할 수 있는 화학 반응기 및 이를 이용한 올레핀 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
